$50,000 – $150,000 / yr + Commissions + Bonuses

On the road Pay is $100 per set lead. 1% earnings of jobs moved into production. Opportunity for bonuses.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Door Knocker to join our team! You will generate new business by going door-to-door in local neighborhoods, setting appointments for residential exterior inspections and retail projects to help drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through door knocking and other marketing activities (minimum performance standards required to maintain employment).
• Canvass neighborhoods to set appointments for exterior inspections and retail projects.
• Educate homeowners on storm damage and exterior service needs.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Provide excellent service to each & every homeowner.
• Accurately track leads and scheduled appointments.
• Attend company meetings and trainings.
• Represent T-10 Construction by wearing company-branded apparel.
• Work 8-hour shifts Monday–Saturday.
• Work primarily on the road in assigned territories.
• Willingness to travel to MN, WI, IA
• Walking a lot

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, canvassing, customer service, or other related fields preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Reliable Vehicle required.
• Can take criticism and handle rejection well
• Strong communication skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Team Player.
• Self-Driven.
• Coachable.

Ability to Relocate:
