T-10 Construction comes with my highest endorsement. They professionally and meticulously re-shingled both our main home and a rental property following hail damage last May. A friend’s recommendation led me to contact Josh, their sales representative.
Josh promptly visited our properties, climbed onto the roofs, and conducted a detailed inspection. He marked the damaged areas with white chalk, ensuring nothing was overlooked. He also met with the insurance adjuster at both locations, climbing onto the roofs with them and advocating for us by highlighting all the damage. Josh’s friendly demeanor quickly won over the adjusters, which I believe worked in our favor.
Their team of roofers, who Josh mentioned were mostly friends and family of the owner, Jay Solem, completed the roofing of our rental property in a single day. A rainstorm interrupted work on our main residence, but they returned the next day to finish the job.
Minutes after rainstorm started Josh arrived with his pickup truck full of tarps to protect the exposed areas of the roof. When I forgot to purchase a replacement piece of plexiglass, Josh took it upon himself to go to Menards and returned within 45 minutes with the correct size. We were only charged for the plexiglass, not Josh’s time.
The roofing team worked hard but seemed to genuinely enjoy their work, creating a familial atmosphere. Jay and his wife Ang, the office administrator, were incredibly responsive to our queries throughout the process.
At 75 years old, I can be forgetful and often misplaced our correspondence. Ang was always patient and kind, treating me with the respect one would show a grandfather.
Even weeks after the installation, Josh continued to follow up with us, ensuring all loose ends were tied up, including adjusting our insurance rates to reflect the upgraded shingles.

Tony V was amazing!  We had a very tough time with our insurance and he had to deal with me and my questions, concerns, and anxiousness.  After a year and half of waiting on insurance to pull through we finally got the okay to finish the house.  We had a new roof, siding, two windows, and a garage door. These guys went above and beyond to get our roof done. Our insurance company argued with them but they succeeded in getting the job done! Marco was an amazing person to talk to. The devastation and inconvenience of storm damage to your home in and of itself is stressful.  T-10 Construction took that entire process off my plate, working directly with the insurance company and keeping me abreast of any updates or changes. Hands down the best company to work with. T10- Construction took care of my hail damaged roof, siding after a large hail storm in August. They were quick and professional i had a new roof on my home within a week and a half of the storm date!
