SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms explain T-10 Construction’s transactional text messaging program, including what messages you may receive and how to opt out.

Program description
T-10 Construction uses text messaging for transactional communications with customers who have requested an inspection, appointment, estimate, or roofing and exterior service. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, project-related updates, and responses to customer questions. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Consent and eligibility
By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, and authorize T-10 Construction to send recurring transactional text messages to that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. If you prefer not to receive texts, you may ask us to communicate by phone or email instead.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your appointment and project activity. Customers typically receive 1–3 messages per appointment, although additional messages may be sent when needed to respond to a request or communicate a schedule change. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opting out and getting help
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive one final text confirming your request, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, email info@t10construction.com, or call (612) 567-5650.
Delivery and carrier availability
Text message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-10 Construction cannot guarantee that every message will be received.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers to deliver and support this messaging program, subject to appropriate privacy protections.

Changes or termination
T-10 Construction may update these SMS Terms and Conditions or suspend the messaging program at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms.
