What T-10 does
Inspections and repairs
We start with a free, detailed roof inspection and give you an honest assessment instead of pushing a replacement. Repairs cover leaks, missing or curled shingles, failed flashing, and storm damage caught before it spreads into the deck or attic.
Full roof replacement
A complete replacement means tear-off of the old roof, inspection and repair of the decking, new underlayment, and re-roofing with shingles you choose. Most single-family re-roofs finish in a day or two, though steep, large, or complex roofs take longer.
Storm damage and insurance claims
After wind or hail, we photograph and document the damage, then meet your adjuster on-site to walk the roof together. On an approved claim, you typically pay only your deductible, and we handle the paperwork directly with your carrier.
Shingle selection and maintenance
We install asphalt, architectural, impact-resistant, and energy-efficient shingles from IKO, Malarkey, and Atlas, and help match color and style to your home and budget. Preventative maintenance plans keep small issues from turning into emergency repairs.
